CONSEJO SUPERIOR<\/font><\/font><\/strong>Circular 5435 (9\/2\/09)<\/font><\/font><\/strong>\u00a0<\/font><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ANTE EL SILENCIO GUARDADO POR LOS COLEGIOS DEPARTAMENTALES, SE REITERA EL PEDIDO FORMULADO MEDIANTE CIRCULAR 5431, DEL 31\/01\/09, QUE SE TRANSCRIBE A CONTINUACION:<\/font><\/font><\/strong>\u00a0<\/font><\/strong>CUMPLIMIENTO DEL ART. 5\u00ba, INC. B) DE LA LEY 8480<\/font><\/font><\/strong>\u00a0<\/font><\/strong>REQUISITO INDISPENSABLE PARA LIQUIDAR Y<\/font><\/font><\/em><\/strong>DISTRIBUIR EL PRODUCIDO DEL A\u00d1O EN CURSO<\/font><\/font><\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/font><\/em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Se recuerda a los Colegios Departamentales que, a los efectos de proceder a la liquidaci\u00f3n del producido de la ley 8480 correspondiente al corriente <\/font><\/font><\/font>a\u00f1o, deben informar a la brevedad la cantidad total de abogados que cumplieron con el pago de la matr\u00edcula anual vigente al d\u00eda 31 de diciembre de 2008.<\/font><\/font><\/font>\u00a0<\/font> <\/p>\n <\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n Art. 5\u00ba, ley 8480:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> \u201cEl Colegio de Abogados de la Provincia de Buenos Aires distribuir\u00e1 mensualmente los importes que le acrediten en la cuenta nominada en el art\u00edculo anterior, previa retenci\u00f3n de un diez por ciento (10%) para el cumplimiento de sus fines espec\u00edficos, y en la siguiente forma:<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n a) Setenta por ciento (70%) por partes iguales a los Colegios de Abogados Departamentales.<\/p>\n <\/font><\/p>\n b) Treinta por ciento (30%) a los Colegios Departamentales de Abogados en relaci\u00f3n directa y proporcional al n\u00famero de abogados en actividad, que hubieren abonado la cuota establecida en el art\u00edculo 50\u00b0 inciso j) de la ley 5.177, en el a\u00f1o inmediato anterior\u201d.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" CONSEJO SUPERIORCircular 5435 (9\/2\/09)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ANTE EL SILENCIO GUARDADO POR LOS COLEGIOS DEPARTAMENTALES, SE REITERA EL PEDIDO FORMULADO MEDIANTE CIRCULAR 5431, DEL 31\/01\/09, QUE SE TRANSCRIBE A CONTINUACION:\u00a0CUMPLIMIENTO DEL ART. 5\u00ba, INC.
